The second step and a change in the style of teaching. Here we introduce a more structured environment for the children to further build upon the basics already learned.

 

Continuing with the theme of building confidence we encourage children to persevere even when the moves are tricky and difficult to learn. This style will introduce a resilience method to the class and allow for making mistakes in order to learn through experience and determination.

By the time the children move on from the intermediates they will be more confident and able to deal with setbacks in a more mature manner that will permeate into their everyday leaning at home and in school.
